Dawson Margin Notes For "Cognitive Science: An Introduction"

As I read for the course, my habit is to write notes to myself in the margin of the book, and to underline passages that I think are particularly relevant. I find that this focusses my attention as I read, and I have also found that these notes make it possible to very quickly get a sense of a chapter's main points when I return to it many months after having first read it.

This page is an index to my margin notes for David Green's (1996) book Cognitive Science: An Introduction, published by Blackwell. The notes provided below are for those chapters covered in my course PSYCO 354, "Foundations Of Cognitive Science". I hope that you will find these notes useful. At the very least, they may give you some sense of what I personally found important in the various chapters.
