From Luke, Grade Two: "How does the world spin?"

One Possible Answer: The Earth spins around its middle (the axis) once every 24 hours. This motion creates daytime and nighttime. When water goes down the drain in a sink, it spins around. This spinning of the water is because of the spinning of the Earth.
